Arthur's vast background enables him to think quickly on his feet, while constructing creative solutions, thus turning seemingly complex issues into innovative success stories. Most noteably, Arthur has a penchant for numbers and boasts an impeccable track record in yielding projects to completion on time and well under budget. 

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts and is a lifetime member of the Sigma Lambda Chi International Honor Society for Construction Management in Academic Achievements. He is also an active member of the CMAA, MCAA and Project Management Institute.

Lauren serves the vital role of managing the day-to-day operations, as well as marketing and communications strategies, ensuring alignment towards the overall mission and vision of the company. 

Spanning from small business' to a large global corporation, Lauren brings a professional background of more than 25 years in project management, data management, analysis and metrics, vendor outsourcing, contract management, research, quality assurance, auditing, FDA regulations, marketing, advertising, graphic design, and office and executive administration. 

Lauren has an educational background in Biotechnology & Clinical Research from Boston University's School of Medicine and Graphic Design & Web Development, via  Clark University in Massachusetts
